As the men who entered the room talked Magnus looked on. After they had represented themselves he said to the one who sat down.

"Well the rooster left, but this bird stayed." He said to the man at the table; while pointing at the gravy covered carcass "and it's quite exquisite"

Magnus realised that things simmered down and he started eating the drumstick in his hands. He looked around and sat down again, grapped his dagger from the table and started cutting more meat. He tried to drink from the cup in front of him but it was empty. He looked around for the servant.

Marvelling at the sight of the bird underneath the metal cover, Magnus started to gently rip a drumstick of the creature. Making sure to get the meat coated with sauce he put a hand underneath as to make sure not to loose any sauce while it travelled to his mouth.

Though he stopped midway at the sound of Torkilds raised voice. It pulled Magnus out of his encounter with the bird and he stood up and grinned at the notion of violence. Magnus raised the drumstick and pointed it at the woman at the end of the table.

"The rooster always crows, and the sun always rise" he said as the sauce dripped to the ground

Magnus had now tried all the dishes the servants had brought in. Still a bit famished he looked around the table and saw the plate with the metal cap. Not taking much note of the talking around him he got up and walked towards the plate with an outstretched hand as to remove the lid.

Magnus had started to dose of after he had sat down. He got back to hís senses when the women entered the room. He recognised the lady from earlier. He smiled at them all without getting up.

When raven started to introduce the Iron Daggers magnus drew his dagger and laid it in front of him on the tabe when his name was said.

Following behind the Cock, Magnus entered into the room. Seeing the other Iron daggers, he smiled but winched quickly. The bruises on his face had started hurting during the patrol. He unbuckled his belt and found a jug of water. After pouring a cup, he doused a piece of cloth in the cold liquid and put it to his eye. After a few moments he looked down at his clothes. Cakes of mud and spots of wine covered his tunic. He looked around at the others to see if any had noticed the state he was in, and locked eyes with Raven. The only reaction he got was a raised eyebrow.

Magnus shot him one of his big smiles and nimbly got up declaring:

"On my patrol I battled the filth of the city!" Glancing at Torkild to see if he noticed, but the Cock was busy devouring some stale bread.

"Do not worry Sir Raven; the streets have been cleared and your warrior only suffered glancing blows." he said pointing to his head.

"But I will go to the well and freshen up..." Magnus said as he turned to the door

After a few moments of rolling around Magnus found himself holding Torkild in a chokehold. After a few seconds Torkilds closes his eyes and passes out. Magnus looses his pinch and lays the Rooster gently down. Standing up he looks around and notices a woman looking at him. He smiles and nods, standing there covered in mud. Torkild starts coming back, muttering curses at Magnus. He helps Torkild get to his feet when, and they go to the well close by. After freshening up Magnus nods to Torkild and the two men start the patrol.

Passing by the women Magnus smiles and says proudly "I won huh! " a grin across his face.

Walking towards his comrade in arms, Magnus says

"Torkild it's nice to see you out and about. Do you remember what happened yesterda... oh! is that water?!" pointing to the flask hanging at the Roosters neck.

"Can I have some, my head really hurt?"

Walking along the streets of Copperdale, Magnus enjoys the smell of fresh bread coming from the bakery. His head hurts, and he wonders wether it's from the drinks Torkild ordered yesterday or it was from wrestling with Ilya. Either way the cold of the morning soothes his pain and he strolls along.

Letting his feet carry him, Magnus does not registrer much but just walks along smiling. Soon he will hit one of the patrol routes in the East Blackwood District, and he can follow that to the Qaurters of the Iron Daggers. As the Shops slowly open, he thinks back to when they first arrived at the city. Most of the Iron Daggers where happy to take a break from the constant fighting and marching, but Magnus did not look forward to the city life. Now though he had become accustomed to the comfort and pleasures of the city.

With a smile on his lips he walks into a market . The bustling of the peasants and shouting of the merchants fills the small sqaure with life. He notices a sell sword standing guard at one of the merchants stands. Something crosses his mind, something important, something Sir Raven said yesterday. Suddenly someone shouts "fresh fish! Get the fresh fish here" close to Magnus. He shakes his head, the noise making it hurt even more and the memory fades away.

Shooting the fish mongere a dethly stare, he dodges a cart of cabbages and aims for one the quiet alleys. After getting to safety in the dark alleyway he makes up a way back to the East blackwwod Company district and walks along.
