    Velkommen her, til Keddelland.

    Hvor tankerne, de gror.

Hvor der er plads, til alle mand.

    Der hvor ægte, krofolk bor.

    Chorus

Hvor byerne, de kør’ på damp.

    Med en høj-teknisk, armé.

    Ja velkommen her til Keddelland.

Sæt dig ned, og drik lidt the.

    2

Vor fader han bød fjenden trods.

    Kæmpede, som en barbar.

    Han lærte kedlerne at slås.

    Sønnerne, og én bastard.

    Chorus

I byerne, der kør’ på damp

    Med en…

    3

Lord Aske gav, et land, til os.

    I bytte for lidt korn.

Nu får han heste, lad ham slås.

Imens vi hygger, os med hor.

    Chorus

I byerne, der kør’ på damp.

    Med en…

    4

Vi svor vor troskab, ved en dram.

Og vi fandt, en rette pris.

    Nu ruller madvognene frem.

    Med whisky, spæk og gris.

    Chorus

Fra byerne, der kør’ på damp.

    Med en…

    5

En stormagt, blir vi nok, en dag.

    Mythodea, den blir vor.

Vi tager det hele, slag for slag.

    Om mange, mange år.

"you sure have a nose for making money, sad thing you never use it.
Now a raft might do if the current won't break it"

    He wondered

"Ferryman sounds like a nice job, all you do is going from one side to the other. I might look into that, after all I'm currently unemployed"

    He smiled and stood up

"Faithfull mister Hopkins will you join me on an adventure, to your fathers inn where I can restock"

He turned the empty bottle up-down to indicate that it was empty

Ludvig smile fainted, he starred into the ground

    he sighed...

"Yea I've heard. They got the short end of the stick. I've heard rumors of families frozen to death, all embracing each other just to get some warms. Terrible thing"

    He emptied the bottle

"We need to help them, but without tools we can't do much and even if we had tools the new river prevents us from getting to Muspelheim"

    He paused

    "All those lost dreams..."

Ludvig sat down on some large stones still left of the construction.

"Ah you know, been sailing, talking to diplomats and what not. Taking care of the construction of the Running Cauldron in Logr for you, since you never seem to have the time, with your new job and war and all"

Ludvig gave Hopkins a tired smile

"Hopkins you say. Why Hopkins, what's wrong with Tobias?"

Over around some of the larger stone rubbles is a large man, an orc to be exact, dressed in a black coat and a navy hat. The orc moved the stones, clearly trying to save what could still be saved of the building after the river had risen.

The orc then rose and looked at Hopkins, he then grinned and opened his arms as he moved towards him.

    "Tobias my friend!"

He hugged Hopkins and then took a look at him at arms length

"My, you look like you aged 50 years, didn't you just come from a lovely wedding in the south - and what happened to your ear?"

The concern were easy to hear in his voice

"Come over here and tell good old uncle Ludvig about it. Here have a sip"

He took forward a small flask of clear liquid.

    "It's from my own distillery"

    The orc winked

Okay let me get this right (my german is shite and Google isn't really helping ;-) ):
We are in Copperdale 16 people, which results in 8 hour straight watches if we are only two keeping guard at a time.

Which mean that we should be able to keep watch at both gates (4 keeping watch / 2 guys at each gate) for a period of 4 hours right?

If so we would like to keep watch at both gates between 8pm and 12pm wednesday

    The Earl smiled

Johann Crimson: "That's less than 20 each. Then we still have a change, and that's only with my men. So tell me, how many are ready for battle?"

He scouted the area, as to count the number of men able to fight.

The man on the horse looked at Hopkins, he smiled.

Johann Crimson: "Oh let's not get caught up in ranks and titels, here we are all equals"

He got down from the horse and on his way towards Hopkins he turned to the soldier who had spoken ill to Hopkins about why they were there.

Johann Crimson: "Silent! I will not hear any complaints from you Minch! Now get your men together then you might survive another battle!"

Spit and froth hail down on Minch from the large man, there was no argue, no complain only obedience in Minch's eyes.

Johann turned to Landuin with a smile and a handshake

Johann Crimson: "Good to see you here, how many Black Ice are we expecting for dinner?"

Some minutes after Hopkins sent the soldier to fetch the rest of his men, a group of around 25 riders in black and yellow clothes emerges from the gates and moves towards Hopkins. One of the men are especially visible, he is a large armored man with a huge black beard. He doesn't look interested in what is going on around him, his eyes are instead fastened upon the horizon where the Black Ice is expected to arrive from.

Behind the riders comes some hundred men, also in the black and yellow uniform signalling that they are from Lunorth. When they get closer to Hopkins one of the foot soldiers goes up to Hopkins.

"What on everything holy are you getting us out here for? We should get inside the city before you get all of us killed!"

Some of the other foot soldiers nodded behind him. This man clearly had some authority among the men and based on his clothes he where also far more experienced than most of the men. Where most of the Lunorth soldiers wore what looked like new garments, this man looked as thou he had been living is his for years.
